Mythos with Joseph Campbell at 7 pm

Mythology scholar Joseph Campbell spent his life learning the “one great story” of humanity – the common truths of every civilization. Millions of Americans were exposed to his ideas in an electrifying series of talks with Bill Moyers, Joseph Campbell and The Power of Myth with Bill Moyers, which originally aired on PBS in 1988 shortly after Campbell’s death. Now, viewers can enjoy more of Campbell’s groundbreaking analysis in MYTHOS WITH JOSEPH CAMPBELL, a collection of lectures exploring all that Campbell learned about myths, symbols, spiritual journeys and more.

At 8 pm watch, Masterpiece Contemporary- Place of Execution – Part 1 Journalist Catherine Heathcote uncovers fresh turn in a missing person case that made the investigating officer a hero more than 40 years ago.

Losing Lambert: A Journey through Survival and Hope – A look at the painful struggle endured by parents in the wake of suicide and promising medical research into better identification and treatment for at-risk teenagers at 9:30pm tonight.

RT News airs at 10:00 pm, Tavis Smiley at 10:30 pm followed by Charlie Rose at 11:00 pm tonight! Don’t miss it!
